Return & Refund Policy

At VELOR, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and reliable.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or significantly different item from what was shown on the product page.

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return or replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

An unboxing video is required for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item claims. Clear photos may also be requested for verification.

Returns for size issues, change of mind, color preference, or personal choice may not be accepted unless the wrong size or wrong item was delivered from our side.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you with the next steps. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and verified.

Shipping charges and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
