At VELOR, we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on your location, courier availability, and serviceable area.

Delivery time may be affected by public holidays, weather issues, courier delays, or high order volume.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared if available.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct before placing the order. VELOR will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
